This Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide ("Personal Information") in the Funvite mobile application ("Mobile Application" or "Service") and any of its related products and services (collectively, "Services"), as well as our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This Policy is a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and SoDuo Connections Corporation ("Funvite," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, you must not access or use the Mobile Application or Services.

You can access and use Funvite without identifying yourself. However, to access certain features, you may need to provide Personal Information such as:

You can choose not to provide certain information, but this may limit your ability to use some features (such as creating or joining events).
2. Privacy of Children
We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, do not submit any information to Funvite. If we learn we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it promptly.

You can delete certain information from your account. Deleting your account will remove your Personal Information from public view, though we may retain certain data for legal, safety, or operational reasons.
